At least I don't have to do homework
One man, who is embracing his impulsivity and dragging some testers along for the ride...
The in-game voices are echoes of real people, replicated through the magic of AI technology. They are not mere copies, but unique digital entities with their own virtual existence.
A vision was conceived for a basic game loop. With no artistic prowess and a solo developer, how to craft a map? The answer: build it up bit by bit, with one safe place for all dead characters to spawn, the Afterlife bar!
Meet Our Main Characters
Arnold, the first player your meet and can control, has the ability to fill you with childlike memories one moment and remind you that you are playing a horror the next. Voiced by William F-G.
William, older cousin to Arnold is tasked with looking after him. Sadly, Arnold wanders off, can William find him before anyone realises he is missing? Maybe he can even find a snack along the way... Voiced by William F-G.
Imogen, Arnold mother isn't a fan or weather and whilst being Arnold's mother is stressful, being without him is even worse. Does she have the skills to help everyone reunite? Voices by Pippa D.
Tomothy, well what role does he play in all this? Voiced by Thomas H.
You could be mistaken for thinking Jules, just talks in rambling nonsensical madness and you would be right most the time, but on occasion the stars may align and she might be able to help you on your way. Voiced by Julie.
Here are some in game screen grabs from our testers in discord! (With some behind the scene shots and experimentation)!
If this website hasn't "Wowed" you yet, then perhaps our game or discord will do the trick. We're in the early stages of development, but we're always on the lookout for adults to help us test and develop. Unfortunately, ethical boundaries prevent us from testing our horror game on younger folks. It's not that we don't trust them, it's just that we don't want to be responsible for any unexpected laundry bills. If you'd like to participate in our discord and dedicate an hour or two to play through parts of the game, then apply below. Those who contribute will be rewarded with a free copy upon launch, an in-game easter egg related to them (because who doesn't want to be immortalised in a video game?), and of course, bragging rights. After all, who wouldn't want to be associated with such an obvious masterpiece? We're practically giving away cultural capital here!
